The difference is in the degrees: ZEROSTICK is precision engineered at 17,000°C, fusing plasma ceramic particles to the surface of the pan to create a robust textured surface that interlocks with Ninja’s exclusive coating. Induction compatible: Suitable for all hob types including induction, gas, electric and ceramic. Do you use an induction hob? Did you know the size of your pan can affect cooking performance? Always make sure you choose pans that are the correct size for your hob ring, as induction technology only works effectively if the base of the cookware matches the size of the ring on the hob. If your pan is smaller than the hob ring, it may not be recognised.
Induction hob compatibility:

Make sure you preheat properly to prevent sticking; our professional gauge aluminium may lead to longer preheat times than you’re used to, but gives you consistent results again and again.

Your Ninja® Foodi™ Zerostick® Cookware is suitable for all hob types: gas, electric, ceramic and induction.
All utensils are safe for use, including metal. Metal utensils including spatulas, spoons, whisks, and tongs are safe for use with your Ninja® Foodi™ Zerostick® Cookware. Never use sharp instruments such as knives or forks or appliances such as electric mixers to cut, chop or whip foods in any nonstick pan. Such use will damage the non-stick finish and void the guarantee.
Zerostick® Cookware uses an exclusive PTFE-based coating that is free of cadmium, lead and PFOA.
Yes, our exclusive Ninja® Zerostick® coating is PFOA free and is FDA approved.
Your Ninja® Foodi™ Zerostick® Cookware is covered by our 10 year replacement guarantee - including the non-stick*.

When properly preheated, Zerostick® Technology enables excellent food release without sticking. Our cookware is made with thicker-gauge aluminium, so it may take longer to preheat than you are used to. The result is a forgiving pan that cooks consistently time and time again.
Since the Ninja® Foodi™ Zerostick® Cookware line uses stainless steel handles for versatility between the hob to oven, they are not heat resistant. If you are cooking for a long period of time, using a high temperature, cooking in the oven or if your pan/pot has a short handle, the handle can heat up.
Our unique nesting design protects cooking surfaces during storage. For best scratch protection, stack your pots in one column and your pans in another. Order them largest to smallest from bottom to top. To avoid scratching the outer rim, lift any stacked pan vertically and never rotate pans while stacked. Our lid handles are engineered so you can stack the lids in any order to fit your storage needs.
We recommend preheating your pan for 2 to 3 minutes at the same temperature you intend to use when cooking. DO NOT use a hotter temperature to heat your pan than intended for cooking.
To determine if your pan is ready for use, simply add a few drops of water. If you hear a sizzle, the pan is ready for use. If not, continue preheating.
Never use aerosol cooking sprays. These burn at low temperatures and will leave a residue that leads to sticking.
Yes, all Ninja® Foodi™ Zerostick® Cookware is oven safe up to 260°C. Easily go from hob to oven to finish cooking meats, brown toppings or bake like you can in cast iron.
If using Cookware in an oven at temperatures between 200°C and 260°C, do not leave lids in oven for longer than 30 minutes.
